Important Note:

All breads are handmade in small batches using naturally fermented rye sourdough.

To preserve the depth of flavor created by slow fermentation, our doughs are often already fully rested and ready to bake. This allows us to bake and deliver your bread much faster once an order comes in.

Depending on the baking cycle, delivery typically happens within one to three days.
